NEXA Bilişim is a brand of Zara İletişim Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. Zara İletişim has been serving the field of corporate communication and software technologies in Türkiye for more than 25 years and is one of the long-established names in the sector.
For most of that time we helped businesses meet their needs with off-the-shelf software packages — bulk SMS systems being just one of them. Over roughly the last 3 years, however, we have combined that know-how with the fact that every business now has needs of its own, and directed it under the NEXA Bilişim name towards fully custom software systems built from scratch around those needs.

The Packaged Software Era
As Zara İletişim, we developed and offered off-the-shelf software packages that made the daily operations of businesses easier. The bulk SMS system was one of the standout products of this period. Working with dozens of businesses from different sectors over these years, we learned at close range what businesses in Türkiye really expect from software.

The Custom Software Era
As we saw that off-the-shelf packages could not fully match each business's own workflow, we focused on custom software development under the NEXA Bilişim brand. Today we build ERP systems, mobile apps, system integrations and web platforms — each one designed from scratch around the real workflow of that business.
