NEXAERP & Field Mobile App
Heavy Cranes & TransportWe built an industry-specific ERP system for Servet Coşkun Vinç and a mobile app the field team uses every day. The goal was to bring the crane fleet, field operations, quote and contract processes and accounting together in a single system.
The location of the crane fleet, maintenance and insurance schedules, the field teams' job reports and the quote and contract processes were run in different tools, largely on paper and in a scattered way. Data flow between accounting (Logo) and the field was handled manually, which led to lost time and a risk of errors.
We built an ERP specific to the crane industry: vehicle and fleet tracking, site surveys, job reports, quote and contract creation, staff and finance management all came together in one panel. With the Logo accounting integration, account, invoice and financial data flow in sync. We also built a mobile app for the field team; they can complete job reports, site surveys and special requests online, directly from the field.

The live location of the cranes is monitored on a single screen.
The survey form for a site is created directly in the system.
A report is created and recorded for completed jobs.
Quotes are prepared in the system and sent straight to the customer by WhatsApp or email.

The vehicle and trailer fleet is recorded in an industry-specific way.
The insurance and maintenance dates of every vehicle are tracked.
Accounts and purchase and sales invoices arrive in sync from Logo; invoices can also be issued from the ERP.
The company's financial processes are managed in the system.
Salaries, advances, leave, debts and timesheets are run from one place.

Photos and videos can be added and the customer can sign digitally on site.
A photo of the area can be taken and annotated by drawing on it.
Requests such as leave, advances and support are sent directly from the field.
